Recipe with mozzarella bites
Ingredients for 4 persons :
200g of small balls of mozzarella di bufala
4 handfuls of spinach shoots
4 branches of cherry tomatoes
1 small bunch of fresh onions
Olive oil – balsamic vinegar – salt, pepper
Clean the zucchinis and the onions.
Cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Add salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Then cook them with a plancha, about 5mns each side, or with an oven (grill position).
Once cooked, put the vegetables in a bowl and add the small balls of mozzarella di bufala, the spinach shoots, the leaves of chopped basil, vinegar and olive oil.
Mix and add seasoning if necessary.
Let yourself be tempted by this recipe, light and greedy at the same time!
